About the Role:

Comfort Inn in Camp Verde, Arizona is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our hospitality team! This is a great opportunity to play a key behind-the-scenes role in keeping our hotel running smoothly through the overnight hours. Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily reports

Check in and check out guests during overnight hours with a friendly, professional demeanor

Answer front desk calls and respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns

Balance cash drawer and prepare end-of-day financial summaries for management

Monitor hotel security and ensure the safety and comfort of overnight guests

Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using the property management system

Prepare and distribute daily reports for department managers prior to morning shift

Requirements:

Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred

Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus

Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) a bonus

Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
