About the Role:

Join our team at Hampton Inn, as a Night Auditor, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in guest accounts.

Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports to management.

Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs during the night hours.

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.

Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and hotel property.

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate a seamless guest experience.

Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and integrity.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
