About the Role:

EVEN Hotel by IHG in Norwalk, CT is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This is a great opportunity to be the backbone of our overnight operations, ensuring every guest has a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions, balancing daily revenue and reconciling accounts

Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including guest check-ins and check-outs

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns

Process end-of-day reports and prepare daily summary reports for management review

Monitor hotel security and ensure the safety and comfort of all overnight guests

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight needs

Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate billing records

Requirements:

Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred

Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS), IHG experience a plus HotelKey

Strong mathematical and accounting aptitude with keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and stay focused during overnight shifts

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
