Full Time Night Auditor

Job Description:

We are looking to add a reliable Night Auditor to represent Spearfish Canyon Lodge from 11pm – 7am and ensure that each guest has a pleasant stay with us!

Responsibilities:

· Providing the best customer service possible! You are the first person to welcome each guest to Spearfish Canyon Lodge and it is essential that this experience is a positive one · Must be reliable, organized, and detail orientated · Responsible for verifying all daily paperwork for 5 different locations · Responsible for entering daily data into a variety of spreadsheets · Responsible for end of day process and entering information into our accounting program

· Answering inquiries regarding our location, lodging, rentals, and the Latchstring Restaurant

· Answering all incoming phone calls in a pleasant and efficient manner

· Making lodging and rental reservations

· Strong ability to multi-task

· Strong communication and listening skills

· Ensures confidentiality, security and safety of hotel guests

· Willing to learn our systems for lodging and rentals

· Maintains cleanliness of Front Desk area, lobby, gift shop, and public restrooms

· Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor

Salary:

· $18 - $20+ DOE

Job Type:

· Full-time or Part-time positions available. Full time position would include working three 3-11 shifts.

Schedule:

· Two 11pm – 7am and three 3pm-11pm shifts.

· Weekends required

· Holidays required
