RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBERS - FRONT OF HOUSE & BACK OF HOUSE (Evening/Closing) We are looking for applicants who already have some restaurant or customer service experience and are comfortable working in a restaurant environment. We are searching for dependable, hardworking team members who take pride in both great food and great customer service. This is a cross-trained position where team members assist with both Front of House service and Kitchen Operations to help keep the restaurant running smoothly during evening service/closing shifts. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, working with a solid team, and taking care of customers, we'd love to meet you. Reliability is essential.

Everyone helps where needed; whether that's assisting customers, running food, prepping ingredients, or keeping the restaurant clean and organized. RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards
Assist with food prep, plating, and ensuring kitchen organization
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and prep areas
Help run food to customers and support Front of House operations as needed
Take customer orders, or assist with service during busy periods when needed
Process payments or provide change if working Front of House
Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistent food and service quality.
Follow established systems and procedures for both Kitchen and Front of House operations
QUALIFICATIONS
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual - attendance is critical
Comfortable working in a fast-paced enviroment
Able to multi-task and stay organized during shifts
Willing to help wherever needed during service
Professional, respectful, and team-oriented
Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. when needed
Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
ATTENDANCE & SCHEDULE
Consistent attendance is required; frequent callouts or last-minute absences are not tolerated.
Weekend availability preferred
