About the Role:

BLENDED TABLE LLC in Corry, PA is looking for a motivated and dependable Night Manager to lead our team during evening operations. Responsibilities:

Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations during night shifts

Supervise, motivate, and support evening staff to ensure smooth service

Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally

Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout the shift

Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-night reporting

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient workflow

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant, food & beverage, or hospitality management role would be nice

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume environment

Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and nightly reporting

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
