JOB DETAILS AND DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Promotional Products Account Representative.You will be the main point of contact for customers inquiring about Promotional Product manufacturing with Night Owls, and responsible for taking orders from quote to completion for a variety of different products. A real customer service rockstar. The right person for this role is personable and excited to help customers in any facility! You’ll be integral in helping customers get set up, help sales flow correctly, and assist in helping to ensure the nuances of customer service run smoothly. We are looking for someone who is excited about working with our clients, proud of the work they do, and the company they work for.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Helping promotional products customers through the sales process.
Answering customer questions in regards to how to place orders for a multitude of customer merchandise products
Helping identify order viability (timeline / products / artwork)
Quoting and invoicing of orders
Purchasing blank goods
Placing purchase orders with vendors
Doing research for custom products
Communicating with external vendors
Quality checking completed orders
Arranging pickup and shipment of orders
Overseeing the flow of all Promo Department orders through the sales and production process
OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Answering phones and accommodating call in requests in a friendly and upbeat manner.
Assisting with scheduling and coordination of pick ups at the office.
Running errands as needed.
Helping with data collection and data entry.
Working with other departments to ensure customers and sales are flowing through our internal system.
Basic office duties.
Assist where needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent email etiquette - comfortable with managing and responding to a high influx of emails on a daily basis
Able to patiently and effectively communicate with others
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and wearing multiple hats
Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly while maintaining organization
Ability to prioritize, work quickly and use initiative
Willing to learn and grow into your position
Excellent people and listening skills
Excellent communications skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Knowledgeable in the Adobe Suite is a huge advantage, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
High degree of accuracy and extreme attention to detail

EXPERIENCE:
Google Suite
Microsoft Office
Photoshop experience preferred
Illustrator experience preferred
Strong background in Excel/Spreadsheets preferred
