About the Role:

S&A Cleantech LLC is looking for a driven and dependable Night Shift Manager to lead our overnight operations in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:

Oversee all night shift operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met

Supervise, motivate, and direct night shift staff to meet production and performance goals

Monitor and enforce cleantech processes, environmental compliance, and operational procedures

Conduct shift briefings, assign tasks, and manage employee scheduling and attendance

Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating critical problems as needed

Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and production records

Coordinate with day shift management to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity of operations

Requirements:

2+ years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in cleantech, waste management, or industrial operations

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a night shift or off-hours environment

Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and environmental compliance standards

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Solid communication and organizational skills for reporting and team coordination

Proficiency in basic computer applications for logging and reporting purposes

Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours
