Job Description

Responsibilities and duties of the Screen Printer will include:

• Experience with automatic presses *applicants with ROQ is preferred
• Ability to set up, run, and teardown print jobs on both manual and automatic screen printing presses
• General knowledge of shop terms such as mesh count, squeegee pressure & durometer, ink viscosity, and ink opacity
• Ability to set-up & print an acceptable test sample in an efficient manner
• Ability to properly cure a variety of fabrics without damaging or scorching
• Understanding of how to efficiently print jobs and meet deadlines while maintaining a high-quality standard
• Ability to load and unload garments accurately and at a fast rate - Awareness of what is on the daily and weekly print schedule
• Ability to show up on time and commit to a print schedule
• Ability to carry/lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to interact effectively with team members to fulfill daily tasks and successfully complete print jobs
• Experience counting shirts
