Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, dependable Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors, tenants, and vendors entering our Class-A office building located in University Park, Texas. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail. Must have a complete resume, consistent job history, a clean background, and 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the building.

Greet, screen, and direct all visitors and vendors in a courteous and professional manner

Collaborate with Property Management, tenants, vendors, and visitors to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Operate and monitor building security systems, including surveillance cameras.

Conduct routine inspections and monitor building activity for safety or security concerns

Maintain a security log and write incident reports as needed

Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established protocols

Support vendor access and deliveries in accordance with building policies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous security or building concierge experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Professional demeanor and appearance

Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure

Familiarity with basic security systems (camera monitors, visitor logs, access control)

Must be dependable and punctual

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
