About the Role:

Crispy Cones in Centennial, CO is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Team Member to join our crew! If you love great food, great people, and a fun work environment, this is the opportunity for you. Come be part of a team that's serving up smiles one crispy cone at a time!

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner

Prepare and assemble food and beverage menu items to quality standards

Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace and dining area

Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift

Follow all food safety and handling guidelines

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Requirements:

No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must!

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is a plus

Must be able to comply with food safety and hygiene standards
