We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Bellman to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in providing a warm welcome and excellent service to our guests from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage

Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel amenities

Provide information about local attractions and hotel services

Assist with guest requests, transportation arrangements, and deliveries

Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance area

Support the front desk and other departments as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Valid driver's license required (for shuttle)
