Due to our growth and insistence on meeting our clients' demands, Nihilo Group is looking for motivated professionals wanting to fast-track their careers as a part of one of our new expansion teams that have just relocated to Philadelphia, PA to help meet the increasing demand for our services!

AS A SALES AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL INCLUDE:

• Building relationships with customers.

• Working with co-workers to reach team objectives.

• Meeting weekly sales goals in order to earn additional bonuses

• Teaching and training new entry-level employees to replicate success and exceed client expectations.

• Most importantly, we believe your day-to-day must include having fun with coworkers as well as with the customers you interact with so we focus a great deal on enjoying ourselves while getting the job done!

REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED

• At least 2 years college experience preferred OR at least 1-year experience in any customer service related field(hospitality, retail, restaurant, bar, cafe, etc.)

• Desire to be constantly learning and bettering yourself. A life-long student

• Incredible work ethic

• Willingness to travel to our office located in Center City in Philadelphia, PA

• Great communication skills

• Outgoing Personality

• Sense of humor is a plus
