    We are looking for an Associate Scientist II/Scientist I with a chemistry, engineering, or biology background to join our cross-functional Peptide Synthesis team. This role will work within a team of scientists to contribute to the synthesis of peptides on our proprietary maskless array platform. This role reports to the Operations Manager.

    The ideal candidate will be a collaborative communicator and creative problem-solver. Technical requirements for the role are:

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology OR equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification

    • At least two years of experience with organic synthesis, reagent preparation, and device or instrument operation

    • Strong data analysis skills

    • Demonstrated consistent technical proficiency, scientific creativity, and independence

    Preferred skills include:

    • Experience with peptide synthesis, programming, and operation of liquid handlers are a plus

    In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered. The title is determined by the experience and qualifications of the finalist.
