    Job Description

    NineStar Connect seeks a highly skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our internal network infrastructure while providing technical support to both internal and external clients. This position requires a strong foundation in network technology, a meticulous approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Internal Network Management: Provide comprehensive support for NineStar Connect's internal network, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues, performing preventative maintenance, and optimizing performance for maximum efficiency.
    • Client Technology Solutions: Conduct thorough research to identify the most suitable equipment solutions for our diverse clientele based on their specific needs. You will then configure and install this equipment, ensuring a smooth purchase and installation process.
    • Client Support: Work directly with clients onsite or remotely to diagnose and resolve any software or hardware issues. Your clear communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in establishing trust and resolving technical challenges.
    • Collaboration: Effective collaboration with colleagues across departments is crucial for tackling complex technical issues and fostering a productive work environment.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent certification.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
    • Proven knowledge of network protocols and equipment, internet services and protocols, Microsoft Windows Server and client environments, security best practices, and data center operations. Prior experience with mobile device management (MDM) and various client management tools is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize deadlines efficiently.
