    Job Description

As our Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable employee experience, from onboarding to ongoing support. You'll be responsible for a variety of administrative and communication tasks, contributing to our company culture, and upholding safety regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Onboarding and Recruitment: Assist the HR team with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, managing applications, and conducting interviews. Facilitate new hire onboarding by preparing paperwork and ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
    • Safety and compliance: Partner with the HR/Safety Manager and Vice President of Human Resources to implement and maintain our NineStar Connect employee safety and work programs, ensuring adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines.
    • Compliance and Legal Support: Assist the Legal & Compliance Manager with governmental and regulatory compliance requirements, as well as assisting with document retention and maintaining legal records.
    • Benefits and Administration: Assist with the enrollment and communication of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs. This will include: Maintaining accuracy, updating employee records, and handling administrative tasks related to new hires, current employees, and departures.
    • Employee Relations and Events: Collaborate with the HR team to plan, organize, and execute company events and celebrations that foster employee engagement and build morale.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent verbal and written, communication, and organizational, and prioritization skills
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a timely and professional manner
    • Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma plus 2 years business related experience. Associates degree in Business Administration or equivalent plus 2 years HR and/or benefits experience preferred.
