Key Responsibilities:
Support the full recruitment process and onboarding experience
Assist in administering employee benefits and wellness programs
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and support
Provide support on employee relations matters, including investigations and policy guidance
Partner with leadership on training, engagement, and performance processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–3 years of HR experience in a generalist, coordinator, or support role; 4–7 years preferred
Experience in benefits, administration, recruiting coordination, or employee relations support preferred.
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) are a plus
