    Job Description

    NineStar Connect is looking for a Temporary Phone Operator / Receptionist to be the first friendly voice and face our members, visitors, and vendors meet. This full-time position will last six months to provide coverage during an employee leave and is perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

    • Answer and route incoming calls, respond to questions, and take messages

    • Greet visitors and provide excellent in-person service

    • Accept payments, process returned equipment, and handle mail/deliveries

    • Assist with service orders, account updates, and projects

    • Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Previous customer service experience preferred

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks

    • Proficiency with computers, office software, and standard office equipment

    • Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to professionalism
