NineStar Connect - Phone Operator / Receptionist (Temporary Position)
Job Description
NineStar Connect is looking for a Temporary Phone Operator / Receptionist to be the first friendly voice and face our members, visitors, and vendors meet. This full-time position will last six months to provide coverage during an employee leave and is perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.
Answer and route incoming calls, respond to questions, and take messages
Greet visitors and provide excellent in-person service
Accept payments, process returned equipment, and handle mail/deliveries
Assist with service orders, account updates, and projects
Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks
Proficiency with computers, office software, and standard office equipment
Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to professionalism
