    Nino Salvaggio is currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance work in all 4 locations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Effectively perform all functions and activities of the Maintenance Manager position in order to achieve cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance goals established for the store.

    Supervise janitorial/maintenance staff to ensure they are properly, thoroughly and completely cleaning and sanitizing all store restrooms (sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, toilets, etc.), conference rooms, break rooms/areas (including microwaves, sinks, counters, walls, etc.), doors, windows, floors, handrails, including all “high traffic” touch points, etc. to ensure cleanliness, sanitation and prevention of the spread of viruses and germs.

    Adhere to all local, state and federal health code and labor laws, OSHA regulations and EEOC requirements ensuring that the work environment is safe and healthful and free from discrimination and harassment.

    Operate and maintain all authorized equipment according to Company policies, procedures, OSHA and safety guidelines.

    Conduct regular inspections and ensures the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the buildings.

    Ensure the proper working of all equipment in the buildings.

    Keep records of all day-to-day and preventative maintenance and service activities in the buildings.

    Place orders for parts and service requests per company guidelines.

    Oversee the completion of contracted projects and ensure proper billing of project while keeping track of such projects to ensure the issue was resolved properly.

    Review contracts from outside vendors and verifies that the work is completed as agreed upon.

    Ensure excellent communication with vendors.

    Maintain knowledge of store lay out in order to properly assist in any maintenance issue.

    Travel between locations as needed for maintenance purposes.

    Properly and thoroughly completes any and all assigned maintenance assignments.

    Alert upper management to any sanitation, safety, cleanliness, equipment, maintenance, etc. issues.

    Ensure favorable store image to customers by helping us maintain a clean, organized, attractive and sanitary store.

    Assist in training other employees when necessary.

    Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    High school diploma or G.E.D., required.

    Must have reliable transportation.

    Must have valid driver license.

    Must be able to work early mornings, nights and weekends.

    Must have previous management experience.

    Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.

    Fork Lift/High Lo (Powered Industrial Truck Operator’s) and Pallet Jack License required.

    Must be able to stand and/or walk for 8 or more hour periods.

    Must be able to sit, squat, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch and crawl.

    Must be able to regularly bend, lift and/or move 25 pounds.

    Must be able to frequently bend, lift and/or move 50 pounds.

    Must be able to occasionally bend, lift and/or move 75 pounds (with assistance).

    The ability to work in and between extreme cold, wet, humid or hot conditions indoors and outdoors.
