NITELINES USA, INC. IS LOOKING TO FILL FOUR CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POSITIONS. THIS IS A LONG-TERM ASSIGNMENT WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF GOING PERMANENT. TRAINING IS ON SITE FOR 30 DAYS, WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF TELEWORK (REMOTE FROM HOME) AFTER.

DAYS / HOURS WORKED: MON-FRI

PAY RATE: $11.50 PER HOUR

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL UNDERGO A 10 YEAR TAX AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK

DESCRIPTION:

• Track record in customer service.
• Call center experience.

• De-escalate upset customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Multi task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Type 40 wpm
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Must pass Tax and Background Check

CANDIDATES WILL HAVE TO REQUEST AND SUBMIT A GEORGIA TAX CLEARANCE LETTER AS WELL AS COMPLETE AND RETURN A TAX AUTHORIZATION LETTER. ONCE YOU HAVE OBTAINED YOUR GTC YOU CAN EMAIL OR FAX TO ME AT THE ADDRESS OR NUMBER LISTED BELOW. IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN A RESIDENT OF GEORGIA FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS, YOU WILL GET A DENIAL LETTER. I CAN THEN SUBMIT THAT WITH THE TAX AUTHORIZATION LETTER (WHICH I WILL EMAIL TO YOU) AND YOU CAN STILL BE SUBMITTED FOR THE POSITION.

1. NOTE: APPLICANTS WHO HAVE NOT LIVED, FILED, OR WORKED IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA DURING THE PAST 5 YEARS MUST CALL THE OFFICE OF SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS (OSI) TO GET THEIR CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE/LETTER. THE NUMBER IS 877-423-6711 (PRESS OPTION 3).

You can request a Tax Clearance Letter using the tax clearance web request on Georgia Tax Center (GTC) from the Home page after logging in. This request is available for all tax types, Including individuals and sole proprietors. To submit the web request:

1. Log into GTC (https://gtc.dor.ga,gov)
2. On the home page after logging in, under theIWantTo ... menu,click theRequestTax Clearance Letterhyperlink

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Requires a GTC logon • Available for all tax types • Checks for tax balances and delinquent periods under all accounts under the taxpayer • lf all accounts are cleared, a Tax Clearance Letter will generate with the account types listed • If any of the accounts have a balance due or delinquent periods, a denial letter will be generated • The letter is generated overnight and viewable on GTC the next day • It will also be mailed
