    JOB TITLE: SR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER LOCATION: REMOTE DURATION: FULLTIME

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    We're looking for a combination right-brain / left-brain marketing professional to oversee various marketing strategies to drive awareness and consideration of the organization across the US. The ideal candidate for this individual contributor role should be experienced in running digitally sophisticated and visually effective campaigns, and skilled at designing and developing content and messaging that drive quantifiable results. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing consumer-focused, research-driven, world class marketing programs for the organization across various marketing channels. Responsible for creative marketing strategy and execution. Develop annual and ongoing strategic marketing plans to achieve the company's overall business objectives with particular focus on concept development through market research, branding, advertising, promotion and PR.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •             Create and manage multiple client and prospect campaigns, responsible for all aspects of campaign development and execution: •             Identification and prioritization of campaign opportunities within the market •             Development of campaign objectives •             Campaign workflow development (using Click Dimensions) •             Creative design within the campaign •             Content identification and creation •             Write copy •             Channel selection •             Targeting strategy •             Reporting and analytics •             Manage the event strategy, including budget oversight, on-site readiness, reporting and analytics. •             Create and manage external and internal collaterals, including development of collateral needs, actual creation of collaterals, content development, communication of availability to sales force, etc. •             Manage the company's social media strategy, including daily postings on LinkedIn and development of additional social strategies to increase awareness of the organization. •             Maintain and oversee the company's website strategy and content updates, ensuring the website is current and relevant. •             Ensure the brand is delivering on priorities as outlined in its short/long-term strategy. Coordinate involvement, influence key stakeholders, and maximize value from both internal and external team members.  

    REQUIRED:

    • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys taking projects from concept to completion. They pride themselves on taking ownership of complex business issues and making thoughtful, actionable, and timely decisions through research and facts.
    • 7+ years of marketing communications experience, preferably in the insurance industry or within a marketing agency.

    • Experience developing and implementing multi-step campaigns
    • Social media strategy expertise
    • Experience with both the left-brain creative aspects of marketing (effective page design and layout, use of color, etc.) as well as the right-brain aspects of content development and writing, detailed campaign workflow development, reporting and analytics, etc.
    • The ability to communicate information clearly in writing is fundamental to this role. You will be asked to draft campaign documents, edit existing, and communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proven record of self-motivated success, with the desire to pursue opportunities from idea development through implementation.
    • Expertise in Powerpoint and Excel a must.
    • Experience with creative software (Adobe, Corel, indesign, etc.) a plus.
    • Experience with HTML, Java, etc. a plus.
    • Strong excel skills required
