JOB TITLE: SR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER LOCATION: REMOTE DURATION: FULLTIME
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We're looking for a combination right-brain / left-brain marketing professional to oversee various marketing strategies to drive awareness and consideration of the organization across the US. The ideal candidate for this individual contributor role should be experienced in running digitally sophisticated and visually effective campaigns, and skilled at designing and developing content and messaging that drive quantifiable results. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing consumer-focused, research-driven, world class marketing programs for the organization across various marketing channels. Responsible for creative marketing strategy and execution. Develop annual and ongoing strategic marketing plans to achieve the company's overall business objectives with particular focus on concept development through market research, branding, advertising, promotion and PR.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and manage multiple client and prospect campaigns, responsible for all aspects of campaign development and execution: • Identification and prioritization of campaign opportunities within the market • Development of campaign objectives • Campaign workflow development (using Click Dimensions) • Creative design within the campaign • Content identification and creation • Write copy • Channel selection • Targeting strategy • Reporting and analytics • Manage the event strategy, including budget oversight, on-site readiness, reporting and analytics. • Create and manage external and internal collaterals, including development of collateral needs, actual creation of collaterals, content development, communication of availability to sales force, etc. • Manage the company's social media strategy, including daily postings on LinkedIn and development of additional social strategies to increase awareness of the organization. • Maintain and oversee the company's website strategy and content updates, ensuring the website is current and relevant. • Ensure the brand is delivering on priorities as outlined in its short/long-term strategy. Coordinate involvement, influence key stakeholders, and maximize value from both internal and external team members.
