Key Responsibilities

• Handle 12-17 inbound calls per day from pre-qualified prospects seeking life insurance solutions.
• Listen to customer needs, educate on policy options, and recommend tailored coverage from our network of 40+ carriers.
• Deliver exceptional service to build trust, close sales, and ensure client satisfaction. No prospecting or in-home visits required.
• Meet or exceed sales targets using our proven, data-driven process.
• Collaborate with a high-performance team, leveraging ongoing coaching to refine your skills and grow your book of business.

Qualifications - We're Looking for Go-Getters Like You

• Proven sales hustle: Experience in solar sales, door-to-door knocking, or similar high-energy roles where you've closed deals and beaten quotas.
• Licensed agents preferred (FL 214/215 life insurance license a big plus—we'll sponsor and support licensing for qualified candidates).
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills. Turn conversations into conversions over the phone.
• Computer savvy: Navigate sales software, databases, and tech tools with ease.
• Motivated and coachable: Ready to bet on yourself in a commission-based environment.
• Clean background check and ability to commute to our Maitland, FL office.
• High school diploma or GED; sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but we'll teach the rest! No insurance background? No problem. If you've got the drive from solar or knocking doors, you'll thrive with our training.
