POSITION: Customer Success Representative
OUR COMPANY: No Flipping Excuses is a real estate investing and education company. We have both online training and coaching programs with a student base of 1500+.
OBJECTIVE: To help our team stay connected with the community by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to messages.
PAY: $2500/mo + Bonuses
BONUSES: Bonuses are performance-based. Earn a commission on any assistance (1% - 5%) provided for a sale or direct sale (15%). This includes follow-up or scheduling appointments. Earn a bonus for assisting with logistical items such as word documents and other deliverable items. We also offer a Christmas bonus.
TRAINING: We start with live Zoom calls and a small library of pre-recorded videos. We provide training for all the software and platforms we use. We also provide training to assist you with earning monthly bonuses.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Basic understanding of computers and the internet. Customer service experience preferred.
WORKING HOURS: 11:30 am - 5:30pm EST Monday through Friday. (Occasional Saturday hours may be requested)

OVERVIEW:
We are looking to add a new member to the customer support team. This position is a part-time position with growth potential in our organization. This work-from-home position requires a home office, reliable internet, and a computer. You must also have a smartphone for direct team communication or application downloads.
An average day will consist of answering incoming phone calls through your computer or phone app and either delivering a quick response or creating an appointment call for one of our teammates. We ask that phone calls are kept to 15 minutes or less. You will also help manage inbound messages coming in through text or email. Delivering a quick response or assigning it to a teammate.
This position is also responsible for making outbound calls to various contacts, updating the contact record, and scheduling appointments as necessary.
Additional tasks may include assistance with editing documents or other design elements. We provide training on any of these tasks and offer bonuses for certain tasks.
Our team is big on communication and uses Slack to talk with each other. Everyone on the team is virtual and in multiple states. We start with a 30-Day probation period followed by a performance review. We are hoping this teammate stays and grows with our company long-term.
