Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
Develop extensive knowledge of our clients, their products/services, and corresponding industries to maintain a cutting edge
Grow customer base by marketing and promoting products and building trusting relationships with potential clients
Attend meetings and virtual conference calls to stay up to date with current sales trends, client promotions, and marketing campaign strategies
Meet or exceed sales expectations both personal and team-based goals
Contribute to campaign development by collaborating with fellow Marketing and Sales Representatives to improve processes, enhance success, and increase sales targets
Overturn objections and customer concerns in a friendly, ethical, and professional manner
Maintain good rapport with prospective customers, clients, and fellow team members
Entry Level Account Manager Requirements:
Bachelors in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or Business is preferred
0-2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Client Relations, or Customer service
