Beer & Wine Bartender

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Beer & Wine Bartenders to join our team on an on-demand basis. Ideal candidates should have a passion for craft beers and fine wines, coupled with a talent for providing excellent customer service in various event settings and establishments.

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business):

• Provide knowledgeable service of a wide range of beers and wines to guests.
• Prepare and serve beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with guests to offer recommendations based on their preferences and the available selection.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Manage inventory and restock beer and wine as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender, with specific knowledge of beers and wines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A passion for and knowledge of craft beers and fine wines.
