    SCHEDULE: Full-Time, 30 hours per week, some weekends required / Our ideal applicant will have a wide range of availability for our various shifts.

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and friendly individual to be the first point of contact for our clients as a CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.

    Your mission is to be the guide for our clients through the entire visit process. As a CSR you will be a loyal advocate for our clients, a creative problem-solver, and a collaborative team member. You will have the opportunity to continually improve our patient experience, working alongside team members passionate about the animals we serve and the families who love them.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 1 year of related experience (preferred)
    • Ability to maintain a positive professional demeanor in client interaction
    • Energetic, friendly, able to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment
    • Experience (professional or volunteer) with pets (excluding personal pets)
    • Must be comfortable around a wide variety of dogs and cats
    • Experience using multiple phone lines
    • Experience in veterinary field or medical is preferred but not required
