Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for supporting the Warehouse functions and provide support of inventory management, cycle counting, warehouse organization, for both finished goods and master roll inventories as well as be a backup for key positions in the department including shipping and receiving as needed. • Perform Daily Cycle Counts

  • Rework
  • Masters
  • Slit Stock

• Monitor Rework Inventory for production utilization

• Assist receiving with confirming that each PO matches what is received in (2 PERSON ACCOUNTABILITY)

• Backup admin support to Shipping/ Receiving

• Make recommendations for process improvement with W/L functions

• Manage to and help department obtain goals as defined in corporate objectives

• Participate on teams for select projects as appropriate (Lean, ERP, sustainability, etc.)

• Assist in the material transfers to 3PL’s and TYS

• Outbound UPS, quoting for LTL, and doing BOLs

• Assist with labeling material neatly and correctly and bagging when needed

• Assist in preparing pallets for Shipping

• Back up Receiving and Shipping Lead as needed

• Maintain an attitude of safety consistently throughout the day- make sure every precaution is taken to use guards, gloves, and ear protection as needed

Hours: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, M-F

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to work in a team environment and fulfill objectives with minimal direct supervision
• Interact in a supportive and positive way with others
• Basic computer skills highly desired
• Demonstrates organizational skills
• Must be dependable and maintain an exemplary punctuality and attendance rate

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to kneel, stoop, bend, and twist on a daily basis
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to walk throughout the warehouse and production area on a daily basis
• Ability to work on weekends if necessary
