NOBLE IS LOOKING FOR AN VP OF INVESTMENT BANKING TO PERFORM A WIDE RANGE OF BANKING ACTIVITIES.

    Enquire to join a dynamic team of Healthcare professionals within the Noble Healthcare Banking team at Noble Capital Markets, Inc. The VP position will manage and support the coverage of selected high priority Healthcare accounts originated through a business development effort and through current clients. Creation of sector-based content driven presentations, coverage of certain clients and providing support to Healthcare related public and private/merchant banking transactions. Create new client relationships through active daily business development efforts. To establish a holistic understanding of clients’ needs and deliver innovative high value capital markets solutions, gaining significant business and sustainable returns for the Group.

    IMPACT ON THE BUSINESS

    • Develop, build, and maintain ‘trusted advisor’ relationship and access at key decision maker level for assigned current and target clients.
    • Work to reposition the firm to higher value-added solicitation, enhancing the perception of the Bank amongst its existing and prospective clients.
    • Daily driven origination and execution of ‘event-driven’ or major ‘significant flow’ business.
    • Build the Banking healthcare franchise value/reputation in the marketplace.
    • Drive achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost management.
    • Through a value driven process contribute to the building of a professional, proactive, and performance-driven culture; assist with succession planning for the sector and/or region.
    • Manage sector/advisory established for deals and ensure that deals are completed both in a timely and effective manner.
    • Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the jobholder is involved.
    • Maintain internal control standards for all healthcare related transactions and engagements, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Employment eligibility to work with in the U.S.

    Active Series 7, 63, and 79 FINRA licenses are required. On an exception basis, a contingency period can be provided to obtain the licenses.

    • Ability to develop a strategic dialogue with the client.

    SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

    • Outstanding academic qualifications; strong GPA
    • A minimum of 2 years of investment banking experience
    • Demonstrable experience in executing M&A and Capital Markets transactions
    • Experience in the Healthcare sector in a sector-coverage role
    • Excellent analytical and modelling skills required.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • MBA or other relevant graduate degree desirable but not required

    COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience + Cash Bonus % of Closed Deals
