    ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE POSITION:

    • While working closely with senior management, the primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build his/her personal book of business through:
    • Working with clients to define and meet their insurance needs
    • Working with insurance companies to place clients that comply with a company's acceptable level of risk
    • Prospecting and establishing referral networks with banks, mortgage lenders, and real estate professionals, and generating business by integrating our services into the home loan closing process
    • Later in your career, additional responsibilities may include employee training, recruiting, and management opportunities

    COMPENSATION MODEL:

    • New Business Commission (100% commission on new business revenue for the first 12 months)
    • Renewal Business Commission (Up to 25% when fully vested)
    • Quarterly Bonuses
    • Annual Bonus
