ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE POSITION:
- While working closely with senior management, the primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build his/her personal book of business through:
- Working with clients to define and meet their insurance needs
- Working with insurance companies to place clients that comply with a company's acceptable level of risk
- Prospecting and establishing referral networks with banks, mortgage lenders, and real estate professionals, and generating business by integrating our services into the home loan closing process
- Later in your career, additional responsibilities may include employee training, recruiting, and management opportunities
COMPENSATION MODEL:
- New Business Commission (100% commission on new business revenue for the first 12 months)
- Renewal Business Commission (Up to 25% when fully vested)
- Quarterly Bonuses
- Annual Bonus
