    CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking A LOGISTICS OPERATIONAL PLANNER to join our dynamic team in Camp Pendleton, CA.

     

    The candidate will monitor and reviews strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions and makes recommendations to ensure compliance and/or consideration in planning efforts. Develops plans and orders through the application of operational art and operational design within the milestones, deliverables and interaction points. Develops briefings, transitioning concepts to execution, and assist in the coordination of joint operational planning in support of training, exercises, combat, and contingency plans and operations. Develops and integrates cyberspace capabilities into deliberate, contingency, operation, and crisis action planning.

    One (1) Full-Time Equivalent (FTE)

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 

    • Provide assistance in monitoring and analyzing units requiring Marine Logistics Group (MLG) support, which includes providing statistics and reports on their current status and instructions on correcting deficiencies if necessary.
    • Advise staff and provide data analysis to the 1st Marine Logistics Group AC/S G-3 for all matters concerning Logistics Integration to support Force Design development and operations.
    • Advise and provide analysis on 1st MLG staff in enhancement of the education of employment of combat service support personnel and capabilities using-unit personnel, determination of personnel and equipment requirements, systems testing, and systems sustainment at the Major Subordinate Command (MSC) level.
    • Provide an independent data analysis, review logistics policies and procedures and provide recommendations, advise on compliance with higher directives, and participate in working groups by providing recommendations or analysis.
    • Develop updates to the 1st MLG staff and MSC commanders on operational logistics, supply and distribution realignment initiatives.
    • Develop products as required in response to higher headquarter tasks and local requirements.
    • Provide independent analysis of multi-level logistical queries and implications within 1st MLG and provide support to appropriate organizations. Conduct data mining and analysis that assists the 1st MLG AC/S G-3 to determine the correct Force Design approach from an LCE perspective, conduct process reviews, and implement controlled process changes that are measurable, ultimately leading to maximized resource allocation within the 1st MLG and enabling increased supply and maintenance management support to I MEF.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • 4 years’ demonstrated experience performing the responsibilities listed above
    • Relevant BA/BS Degree
      • Six (6) additional years' work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
      • Associate's Degree plus four (4) additional years' work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
  • Qualifications
    • 4+ years of engineering design, analysis, and testing
    • Ability to interact directly with customers to extract requirements, generate a plan and report status
    • Electronic design in the area of power electronics, audio-band amplifiers and filtering, signal conditioning, and/or high-speed digital. Schematic entry using OrCAD Capture or Eagle.
