Nodal is looking for a part-time Surrogacy Intake Coordinator to help with managing the intake and screening process for our gestational carrier applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for GC and IPs throughout their intake and matching journey
• Ensure the GC and IPs to successfully move through each step of the screening process
• Enter and track important data into Nodal's platform and HubSpot
• Coordinate phone calls through email and text messages via the HubSpot platform
• Facilitate match calls between IPs and GCs

Qualifications:

• Experience as a surrogate or 3+ years experience as a surrogacy coordinator, case manager, donor nurse, or other relevant experience
• Exceptional organizational skills to define and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using modern office suite technology i.e. Google Suite
