    • Managing personal and office calendars for owner
    • Creating and managing daily, weekly, monthly agendas
    • Managing open action list from agendas
    • Organizing meetings with department heads
    • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records for all projects and office needs
    • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma / Some college
    • Consistent
    • Self-sufficient
    • Works well independently
    • Good communication skills verbal and writing
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Well-developed time management skills
    • QuickBooks knowledge - suggested
    • Excel knowledge - suggested
