As framing contractors, our scope of work typically includes everything from the construction of floors, walls, roofs, sheathing, soffits and fascias to the installation of doors, windows and stairs. We can also customize our scope to respond to the varied needs of our builders/clients. Our management team represents more than a century of on-site construction experience. We have assembled the finest team of supervisors, carpenters, and administrative personnel in the industry. Through their efforts and teamwork, Nomad Framing has pioneered innovations and advances in the framing industry.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Spearhead procurement and inventory planning.
· Work collaboratively with Estimating and Pre-con teams to ensure timelines are met.
· Help to establish and rigorously maintain project budgets.
· Supervise Purchasing team.
· Coordinate with suppliers/filed team to ensure timely delivery of essential materials onsite.
· Nurture and promote diverse supplier relationships.
· Track and report procurement metrics.
· Explore opportunities for cost savings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· At-least 3 years’ experience in construction industry, with prior experience in field construction and purchasing.
· Must have a working knowledge of construction processes
· Experience with Analyzing Information, Tracking Budgets, Vendor Relationships, Reporting Skills, Decision Making, Teamwork and Quality Focus a must.
