JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to join a company focused in property management, vacation rentals, real estate, marketing, sales, and customer relations. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be assisting and managing day-to-day marketing related tasks for our Steamboat Springs vacation rentals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns

• Write, create, and design email promotions

• Create flyer mailers for prospects

• Develop analytic reports and strategies

• Provide input on campaign strategies

• Assist in planning and creating print media as needed

• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data

• Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies

• Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics

• Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development

• Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management

• Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers

• Evolve agency and client processes with cross-functional teams and identify opportunities for increased effectiveness

• Create and publish high-quality marketing materials

• Work collaboratively marketing team on projects, expectations, deadlines, and approval flows Incorporate feedback into the projects from multiple sources

• JOB REQUIREMENTS:

. Working in the office in Steamboat Springs, CO

. Must have marketing knowledge and skills

• Basic knowledge and graphic design skills

• Previous digital marketing experience

• Strong work ethic

• Attention to detail

• Obtain a Bachelor's degree or higher

• Experience planning and managing media on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, in addition to other digital platforms

• Ability to consult with clients and internal partners.

• Experience with analytics reporting and CRM platforms

COMPENSATION:

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Additional bonuses and raises are available after the probationary period.
