We’re searching for a non-attorney salesperson to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential new clients into current clients. Our ideal candidate is an experienced salesperson who can delicately navigate the emotionally complex conversations while conveying how the firm operates. Responsibilities: • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Meet with potential new clients to gather information on their Family Law matter, and sell them on the firm's strengths while also painting an accurate representation of how the firm operates Qualifications: • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
