About the Role:

Rapid Run Logistics LLC is looking for a reliable and motivated Transportation Driver to join our growing team in Cedar Rapids, IA. Responsibilities:

Safely operate company vehicles to transport Members to and from Doctors appointment

Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure on-time delivery

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and driver documentation

Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members

Adhere to all State regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Previous experience in transportation, delivery, or logistics preferred

Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, loading, and unloading freight

Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines

Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Familiarity with the Cedar Rapids, IA area and surrounding regions is a plus

Must pass a background check and drug screening
