Independent multi-specialty practice with 70+ providers in 9 outpatient clinics located in Central Florida.  Full service comprehensive practice including specialists in Cardio, Endo, GI, Gyn, Pain Management, Neuro, Rheum, and Urology.   State of the art facility within an adult community.  Comprehensive primary care and specialists dedicated to a patient-quality care model.

Shareholder opportunity!  Work / life balance. Join expanding Cardiology team. Outpatient clinic is Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, no weekends. Currently 2 Cardiologist with a dedicated Cardiac PA. Call schedule: 1:3 (very light).  Perform TEEs, some nuclear readings, and echo's.  New ASC soon to open!

Requirements:

• BE/BC Cardiology
• Non-Invasive Cardiology preferred

Compensation:

• Shareholder equity (after 2 years w/buy-in)
• Guaranteed base salary (up to $400k)
• Productivity incentive (up to 10% of base)
