Mental Health Associates of the Triad is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that has been advocating for mental wellness since 1967. From a small group of dedicated volunteers—and with tremendous support from community service organizations—the agency has grown into a dynamic resource for evaluation, treatment, and ongoing support for individuals with mental illness. Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized Business Office Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our non profit mental health agency. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience working in a 501c(3) organization. A blend of leadership, customer service, excellent written/verbal communication skills, accounting, donor relations, administrative skills, and program development expertise.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure efficient operations
Utilize data collection and analysis to make informed business decisions
Responsible for accounts payables and reconciliation
Must have knowledge and expertise in Quickbooks specifically with accounts receivable and accounting practices of non profit organizations
Manage volunteer programs effectively
Ensure compliance with public health regulations and experience managing basic human resources
Experience with donor software such as Hubspot
Coordinate project management activities within the center
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in profit center management or similar role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of public health regulations and compliance standards
Experience in volunteer management is a plus
