    Nonprofit Fundraising Representative Full-Time

GLO Wisconsin partners directly with nonprofits across the Wisconsin community, representing their causes face-to-face and helping them raise the support needed to do their work. We take real pride in that partnership — and in the team we're building to carry it forward.

This is a customer-facing, in-person fundraising role. Let's be upfront: it's a sales role at its core, built around asking people to support a cause — and we'd rather you know that now than find out in the interview.

    Key Responsibilities

Engage face-to-face with community members, representing our nonprofit partner

Clearly and honestly communicate the cause and the impact of donations

Meet individual fundraising goals through genuine, persuasive conversation

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the partner nonprofit's mission and programs

Represent the GLO Wisconsin brand with integrity in every interaction

    Working Environment

    Community-based, face-to-face fundraising

    Fast-paced, people-first setting

Team-oriented culture with Friday team meetings

Proactive role — initiating conversations with community members

    What We're Looking For

No experience required — full training provided

Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers face-to-face

    Strong verbal communication skills

Positive, resilient attitude — comfortable with a commission-based role

Team-oriented, with genuine interest in supporting nonprofit work

    Compensation & Benefits

Week 1: paid training at $15/hour

    After week 1: uncapped earnings

Most representatives earn $40,000+ annually — uncapped earning potential

Room to grow: Senior Representative, then Leader roles supporting and coaching others, up through Assistant Manager and Manager (leadership adds a 6th day, only once you choose to step into it)

In-house training in digital marketing, audience and geographic research, public speaking, emotional intelligence, and branding — unlocked once you've mastered the face-to-face fundraising side of the role

Application Process Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates will typically be contacted within 1–3 business days for an initial screening.
