An incredible Non Profit Skilled Nursing Facility is currently looking to hire an experienced Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join their wonderful team as the Director of Social Services. This position will oversee the social services for a beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility. It will focus on an active short-term rehab program (30-50 admissions/discharges month) and will support another full-time Social Worker who manages the traditional Long-term Care residents.

This beautiful community has an incredible leadership team in place and excellent staff-to-resident ratios.

This is a full-time position with some flexibility with the schedule. The position will pay very well and offers excellent benefits (3 weeks vacation, 10 Holidays, low-cost Health Insurance).
