The ideal candidate will be...

• Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts
• Have 2-5+ years of experience as an Administrator within a Skilled Nursing/Long-term Care Facility
• Someone experienced with resident-centered programs 
• Outgoing personality and leadership skills
• Experience working collaboratively with other members of the Senior Leadership team.
