British Swim School, the leader in teaching water survival and swimming lessons, is in need of a highly motivated and experienced swim team coach for our non competitive swim team.

Our Barracuda Swim Team Coach will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will help our Non Competitive Swim Team members improve their swimming skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Experience coaching, teaching, or working with children.

Fantastic communication and organizational skills.

Evening availability

Creates an educational, safe and inviting experience for all participants

Initiates, develops and maintains positive relationships with participants

Follows plan developed by head coach

Position Requirements

Some swim coaching experience preferred

Competitive swim background with knowledge of all 4 strokes

CPR/AED certification required within the first 3 months of hire

The position is part-time

Pay: $22-24/hour based on experience

Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee (franchise owner).
