    JOB SUMMARY: 

    Responsible for facilitating all key HR functions and programs. Includes all issues raised by current and future employees related to employment, compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, terminations, and LOAs, Workers Comp & Unemployment.

    This position will work with and interact with our staff from all backgrounds and levels of experience, knowledge, and skill.  Required attributes to succeed in this position include civility & ethical conduct for others, high level of confidentiality, patience, flexibility, attention to detail, outstanding communication/listening/negotiation skills, and professional discretion.

    EDUCATION

    • Associates degree, Bachelors preferred
    • At least 2 years of admin experience working with confidential documents.

    SUBSTITUTIONS

    • Education toward such a degree will be prorated based on the proportion of the requirement actually completed.
    •  Educational substitutions will only be permitted for a maximum of two years of the required experience.
