Job Responsibilities

• Manage all daily accounting and finance tasks
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded in accounting software
• Verify disbursement documents & process payments and issue customer invoices
• Update accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Handle monthly/quarterly/yearly closings and publish financial reports
• Cooperate with CPA to ensure accurate and timely tax returns filed to state and federal government
• Response to the request from accounting team of headquarters in Taiwan

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles

• Experience with entries, general ledger functions, monthly closing, and financial statements

• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills, QuickBooks will be plus

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or relevant field or equivalent work experience

• Can speak Mandarin

Noodoe EV has a competitive advantage against other EV charging stations, because of its distinct features such as using a QR code scanner for multi-payment methods in credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and alternative payment methods such as charging codes and RFID cards. Other benefits include; map placement, self-generated revenue, price management of peak and off-peak hours, web console for analyzing charging data and revenue data, and the option to provide free or paid charging to clients, guests, customers, and public, etc. The foundation of Noodoe EV is Noodoe EV OS, an advanced cloud operating system. This system serves as the “brain” that operates the Noodoe EV charging stations. Noodoe EV OS offers the following functions: EV Charging Service, Universal Payment Processing, Central Management, Service Personnel Access, Automated Diagnostics, and Operation Analytics. Noodoe offers special financing for the Noodoe EV Chargers. Purchase at least a single hardware (W1000, S1000 or S2000) and installation will be specially financed at a 0% interest rate up to 60 months.
