    Home Care Service Supervisor

    We are looking for Home Care Supervisor to help manage our successful Home Health business! This role makes a significant impact on our daily operations and the ability to provide the best care to patients by coordinating medical and health services. A detail-oriented and an expert at managing multiple priorities. Process-driven with exceptional customer service skills, you genuinely care about connecting patients and caregivers to improve lives.

    Schedule - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

    Job Qualifications

    Minimum age requirement of 18.

    Training/experience in the provision of Home Care Services.

    Must have at least-1- year experience in supervision in a Home Health service field.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications, scheduling systems and other healthcare industry-related software.

    Satisfactory criminal background check and/or health screening in accordance with state law requirements

    Ability to work well with and manage a team of caretakers.

    Results-oriented; proactively measure outcomes.

    Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically - both orally and in writing

    Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm and maintain a sense of humor in all situations.

    Position Responsibilities

    Work collaboratively with key team members to Hire and Manage a Home Care Aide team and establish quality standards.

    Participate in the interview process by screening and interviewing prospective caregiver candidates by adhering to the hiring policies and procedures.

    Prepare initial employee file and complete employee file checklist.

    Host and facilitate orientation of new hires to familiarize them with agency policies and procedures.

    Work with the management team to ensure a smooth transition of new hires from on-boarding and orientation through the first 90 days; assisting with evaluations; identifying additional educational/training needs.

    Appraises staff performance during their probationary period and annually, provides the teaching and counseling necessary to enhance the delivery of services and the development of direct care staff.

    Conduct weekly office meetings with the appropriate operations staff to discuss hiring efforts/results, candidate pipeline and caregiver roster.

    Coordinates and schedules the daily workload of each staff member and maintains regular and predictable attendance.

    Assists with chart audit and files to ensure the office is compliant.

    Assisting with client intakes, assessment and 60/90-day visits.
