Downtown Miami Law Firm is seeking to hire an experienced litigation legal secretary with strong consumer finance and bankruptcy experience. Ideal candidates must have large Florida law firm experience for this role. Professionals will be required to have the necessary experience working in the bankruptcy practice representing Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 creditor and debtor bankruptcy matters. Some knowledge of consumer finance and banking experience relating to work involving financial institutions and creditor/debtor work is also required. The Candidate must be able to work independently with little supervision and have strong communication and written skills. This position will report to two attorneys and will also require the ability to take direction well, work together as a team and have the ability to multitask in prioritizing workflow. Professionals must have strong computer skills and communication skills to effectively work closely with the legal team and client base. This is a full time position requiring some time in the office and also provides for the ability to work remotely. Excellent salary plus benefits offered.
