Position: Finance Analyst

Location: Winston Salem, NC 27105

Duration: 3 months

Working Schedule : Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Help assist analyst with account management
• This role is responsible for assisting in the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts.
• Responsibilities include financial tracking and accounting of contractual commitments for this channel of Foodservice.
• Assist in all contractual funding components of National Accounts contract
• Ensure compliance requirements and customer commitments are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations and with Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines
• Assist year-end accrual process, EPM system process, accounting controls, and new account set-ups Manage customer data integrity issues
• Provide support to team and Sales organization on customer issues related to reporting and completing payments
• Ensure issues are resolved promptly
• Direct line of support to National Account Sales Directors for funding issues and initiatives
• Support customers in reporting and funding-guide and support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
