Leading social service organization seeks a Social Work Supervisor (LMSW) to ensure the care for residents, oversight of administrative processes, and supervision staff in the Brooklyn residential center.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day services to program residents.
• Provide direct service and/or coverage to residents to ensure the continuity services and service plan goals.
• Provide supervision of all assigned program staff.
• Facilitate staff briefings, team meetings and case conferences; Facilitate Consumer/Occupant Meetings.
• Develop and maintain linkages with community service providers.
• Conduct staff training & development, as required, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Conduct Quality Assurance / documented chart review and audit.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• LMSW
• A minimum of 2 years of experience
• Supervisory experience is preferred
