    Position: Maintenance Technician
    Schedule: Part time, Non-Exempt; On-call
    Pay: Competitive, based on experience

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system repairs, plumbing fixes, electrical repairs, and appliance troubleshooting.
    • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
    • Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
    • Ensure all maintenance operations are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
    • Collaborate with contractors and vendors as needed.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance techniques.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Availability for on-call duty for an entire week at a time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in commercial or residential maintenance.
    • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
