Job description At Nutrifaye Aesthetic we are a private holistic wellness center looking for a motivated team player that can join the company. We are interested in hiring someone that wants to grow and learn the skills of being part of a company and not just an office employee. Responsibilities: -Responsible for overall front desk activities including management of the reception area, customer service, phones, mail, and scheduling. -Provides exceptional customer service in person and on the phone to clients, staff, vendors and the community: greeting guests, observing front door/guest protocols, HIPAA Privacy and security procedures, etc. -Oversees the reception area to insure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image. -Maintains Front Office Manual, updating all forms, manuals and charts as necessary. -Offers clients water and coffee. -Coordinates and schedules clients appointments -Check in/Check out clients -Perform other duties assigned ex- Making sure rooms are ready for clients. Skills and Qualifications -Required: High school diploma/College degree or is attending school Preferred: Bachelor's degree. -Two years of related experience e required excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task; ability to work cross-departmentally. -Experience with scheduling software and Google suite programs. -Qualified individuals should be able to articulate a strong commitment to diversity, and have the ability to work effectively with individuals from different backgrounds. -Interested in beauty and wellness. * Potential salary raise and a higher position if qualified Job Type: Part-time Salary: From $20.00 per hour Schedule: 4 hour shift Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission pay COVID-19 considerations: Every 2 weeks Free Covid testing required Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Customer service: 2 years (Required) Administrative experience: 1 year (Required) Google Suite: 1 year (Required) Job Type: Part-time Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Experience level: 3 years Shift: Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Beverly Hills, CA 90211: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Customer service: 3 years (Required) Work Location: One location
